At the rear of the client’s property, there was a lawn area which was sloping towards the house and making it difficult to use.
Our client wanted an area for the kids to play and use their trampoline. Also, there was a drainage issue with the area. All the water was ending up at the back of the house and had no way of running away.
We built a new retaining wall complete with drainage linked into the storm-water system. The top area is now flat with room for the trampoline & playing soccer. Now a functional area.
